Organization pays off! Since January, I have been clipping coupons (putting them in a binder), taking advantage of sales, and meal planning my grocery lists. Doing this, I have saved approximately $400 in 2 months! This week I hit the motherload...
Taking advantage of some coupon promotions with various manufacturers (General Mills, Conagra), I generated several big coupons good on my next shopping trip, buying things that I would normally buy anyway.
Grand total at Shaws this week: $108, but I SAVED $115! That includes big ticket items like dog food and meat. That's right, $115!
Go me.
