This seems to be my only option if I want any sort of routine to my exercise regimen. I need routine in order to stay disciplined and truly make exercise just part of my everyday. I can't rely on simply being opportunistic with my exercise, grabbing 30 minutes here, 40 minutes there. I can't be that spontaneous because of my blood sugars anyway.
Once I am home, I want to spend time with my kids and my husband. Once the kids are in bed, I am nearly asleep myself. I remember when I was in college and exercising regularly, always first thing, and I felt great the rest of the day. So that is what I am going to do during the week.
Sensor was helpful this week. Picked up some trends and knocked down my basal rate because I was running low a lot (probably from the increase in activity).
