Goals and Tools To Achieve Them

First step in my accountability challenge is to set goals for myself. I do this in my head, of course, and they never come to fruition or are too short-lived to be called successes. If I put them on here, they are typed and permanent, rather than merely wishful thinking. Drumroll, please...


1. Lose 30 lbs
2. Get A1C under 7.0
3. Continue money-saving strategies for our household needs
4. Get down on the floor and play more
5. Savor quiet time with my husband
6. Read more
